Cancellation Policy: As we get closer to the event, more financial obligations are placed on EDCC in congruence with our conference center contract. Timelines are set in order to facilitate food and beverage quotas and audio visual needs. Refunds will only be made if cancellations are received in writing on or before October 1 and will be subject to a $50 per person handling charge. No refunds for no-shows. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration. If the need to cancel your registration arises, be sure to cancel your hotel room reservation as well.
