Scholarships are Available:
No one is left out policy! EDCC offers two types of scholarships to assist members with the opportunity to attend the annual conference who otherwise don’t have a budget for this type of activity. Click to learn more about this opportunity.
+ Attendance Scholarship – $250 towards registration fee
+ Travel Stipend – $100 towards travel fees.

+Cancellation Policy: As we get closer to the event, more financial obligations are placed on EDCC in congruence with our conference center contract. Timelines are set in order to facilitate food and beverage quotas and audio visual needs. Refunds will only be made if cancellations are received in writing on or before October 10 and will be subject to a $50 per person handling charge. No refunds for no-shows. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration. If the need to cancel your registration arises, be sure to cancel your hotel room reservation as well.
+ The EDIE Awards Reception, Dinner & Ceremony are included in the full conference registration. Day passes excluded. Families, colleagues, and friends are invited to join us! Individual tickets and tables will beavailable for purchase.
