Tom is currently the Director of Visit Moffat County and serves the people of Craig Colorado as a City Council member. Love for the region led to employment in various capacities with Adventure Bound River Expeditions in Craig Colorado. Tom purchased Adventure Bound, running the tour business holding a National Park Service Interpretive Whitewater Concession Contract in Dinosaur National Monument and Canyonlands National Park, as well as BLM Special Use Permits in Ruby, Westwater and Desolation Canyons for 33 years.
Beyond owning and managing Adventure Bound Inc., Tom has served in many capacities in the public forum including the Chairman of the Colorado River Outfitters Association, President of the Utah Guides and Outfitters Association, board member of the Grand Junction Visitor and Convention Bureau, Chairman of the Club 20 Tourism and Outdoor Recreation Committee, board member of the America Outdoors Association, as well as serving on the Colorado Tourism Office Board of Directors. Since joining Visit Moffat County he has served on the Regional Branding Task Force for the Tourism Office and currently he serves as a member of the Destination Development Committee.
