Terry Barnard has over 22 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, mostly spent in multifamily loan origination/underwriting and tax credit underwriting. Terry has been with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority for over 16 years and spent nearly 6 years with Enterprise Community Investment. He currently manages the multifamily loan originations team at CHFA and is an accredited LEED Green Associate.
