Steve is Director of Community Development for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. CHFA’s Community Development team includes Business Lending, Multifamily Lending, and Housing Tax Credit allocation. Steve joined CHFA in 1996 and became Director in 2010. Steve is a board member and past Chair of the Council of Development Finance Authorities, the national advocacy and education organization for development finance.
