Mentorship
Fostering growth and development by connecting economic development professionals.
Based on interests and specific needs, the EDCC Mentorship Program matches experienced member practitioners with those looking to grow. Through the facilitation of professional development, leadership opportunities and community connection, EDCC members share knowledge and improve economic statuses across the state of Colorado.
Our Mentorship Program members meet four times a year:
- Mentors and mentees will meet for the first time at our annual Drive|Lead|Succeed Conference.
- Mentor groups are responsible for coordinating three additional meetups per year.
Our mentors and mentees range from entry-level to senior economic development professionals.

I’m so glad I took advantage of EDCC’s Mentor/Mentee program. The match is a great fit and my mentor has offered insightful guidance, encouragement, and support along the way. I know my personal and professional development is enhanced as a result this relationship, and I hope the same is true for my mentor.
