Laura Lewis Marchino serves as the Executive Director of the Region 9 Economic Development District of Southwest Colorado. She has worked in economic and community development since 2000 and has a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications, a Master’s in Business Administration and is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD). Laura serves on numerous boards of directors including the National Association of Development Organization’s (NADO) Board of Directors since 2009 and is the 2021 Chair of the Economic Development Council of Colorado.
