Mr. Silverstein’s experience includes positions as founder and executive director of the nonprofit Colorado Brownfields Foundation, director at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, and Chief Appraiser for the Resolution Trust Corporation (a division of FDIC) in Washington, D.C.
