Jerry M. Pacheco has served as Executive Director of the Authority since December 1, 2015 under a management contract with the Authority. He has worked in planning and community development in the State of Colorado since 1995. His tenure in the planning profession includes working for several local governmental entities including the City of Greenwood Village and the Town of Parker. He worked for the City from 2004 through 2015, first as Senior Planner, followed by positions of Director of Land Use Administration, Assistant City Manager for Community Development, Director of Planning & Community Development, Interim City Manager, and City Manager. Mr. Pacheco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science (Public Administration emphasis) from the University of Southern Colorado and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado.
