Jeff Owsley is the Community Relationship Manager for CHFA (Colorado Housing and Finance Authority) in South Central Colorado assisting 9 counties with affordable housing and community development. Jeff is 4th generation from the San Luis Valley where he has worked in different capacities on many historical restoration projects and serves on the Sangre de Cristo National Heritage Center Board of Directors.
