The housing crisis dawned the headlines in recent years. Economic Development stakeholders saw the critical need as they worked to retain, expand, and attract talent in their communities, directly supporting their growing businesses. Over the course of this past year, several communities leaped into action, governments activated properties and capital, all to fill this crucial need.
