Economic Development Organizations & Professionals
Economic Development Organization & Professional memberships are intended for economic development organizations, city, county or regional governments, chambers of commerce, professional and/or trade associations, individuals either in transition, retired, students, elected officials, or any non-private sector entities involved in economic development.
Membership levels are based on the organization’s size and benefits that extend to all employees, board members, or elected officials.

Membership: Structure Options
SMALL ORGANIZATIONS
$350 annually
For organizations with one economic development practitioner. NEW! Organizations that serve a population less than 2,500 and/or have a half-time practitioner are eligible for a 50% discount.
MEDIUM ORGANIZATIONS
$600 annually
For organizations with 2 – 4 economic development practitioners wanting to participate in and take advantage of EDCC member benefits.
LARGE ORGANIZATIONS
$1,200 annually
For organizations with 5 or more economic development practitioners wanting to participate in and take advantage of EDCC member benefits.
Individual Memberships
MEMBER IN TRANSITION
- Individuals who are transitioning jobs within the economic development industry in Colorado may continue their current EDCC membership for the remaining fiscal year and up to one fiscal year after or until individual begins their new job. The membership anniversary date falls January 1st of each year. Individual memberships are non-transferable.
STUDENT
- Student members must be an individual who is a full-time student at an accredited institution, pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Full-time will mean 12 semester hours for undergraduate students and 9 semester hours for graduate students. Student members shall be entitled to all membership privileges except holding office.
EMERITUS
- Defined as a retired or not employed economic developer. This is not meant to be a membership opportunity for those who are between jobs. Must participate in the Membership Mentorship Program and must be active on a committee.
ELECTED OFFICIAL
- Defined as an a current or retired elected official interested in bettering Colorado’s economic vitality.
