Scholarships are Available:
No one is left out policy! EDCC offers two types of scholarships to assist members with the opportunity to attend the annual conference who otherwise don’t have a budget for this type of activity. Click to learn more about this opportunity.
+ Attendance Scholarship – $250 towards registration fee
+ Travel Stipend – $100 towards travel fees.

Cancellation Policy: As we get closer to the event, more financial obligations are placed on EDCC in congruence with our conference center contract. Timelines are set in order to facilitate food and beverage quotas and audio-visual needs. Refunds will only be made if cancellations are received in writing on or before September 1, 2026 and will be subject to a $50 per person handling charge. No refunds for no-shows. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration. If the need to cancel your registration arises, be sure to cancel your hotel room reservation as well.

Here is a look back at last year’s agenda. The new agenda will be posted by April 2026. For trip planning purpuses, the schedule will be similar to 2025, starting Sunday, September 27 with a Golf Tournament, Orientation, and Opening Reception. Monday and Tuesday will be scheduled fully with tours. Wednesday, we will host a light breakfast before departing.
