Steve Boice

Steve Boice has been with CHFA since 2012 and has served in various capacities in Community Development and Asset Management.  Prior to becoming the Manager of Business Finance in December of 2021, Mr. Boice most recently served as a Senior Commercial Loan Officer with CHFA, underwriting complex loan transactions in excess of $80 million involving the following aspects: historic and affordable housing tax credits, HUD risk share insurance, FFB, permanent, construction, Private Activity Bond, and uninsured products.  He has over 16 years of experience working in the commercial loan industry.
