As the Vice President of Economic Mobility and Workforce Innovation at Arapahoe Community College, Julie has been instrumental in pioneering programs that foster economic advancement for all learners. Leveraging 20+ years of experience in higher education, she has developed initiatives that support lifelong learning and workforce readiness, aligning with the growing demands of the community. Before joining ACC, Julie was the Director of Continuing Education at Front Range Community College for 9 years where she developed and implemented various programs contributing to student success initiatives. She graduated from Bulter University (B.A., Public and Corporate Communications) and holds a Master’s Degree in Adult and Community Education from Ball State University.
