Sam Albrecht is the Director of the Office of Regulatory Oversight in the Colorado Division of Housing. Sam oversees the Mobile Home Park Oversight Program and the Building Codes & Standards Program, which is responsible for all factory built structures and components set in Colorado. Prior to this role, Sam was the County Manager in Elbert County where he hired a full time director of economic development and updated the comprehensive land use plan.
