Max Daffron currently serves as the Economic Development Manager for the Town of Frederick. Throughout his ten years of working in Economic Development, Max has had the opportunity to work for both major municipalities as well as small, tightly knit communities. With his significant experience in BRE, as well as Business Attraction, Max recognizes the importance of relationship building and authenticity in Economic Development as he continuously works to build trust with the business community. Max is also a believer in regionalism and collaboration in building resilient economies.
Currently, Max sits as a co-chair of the Front Range Economic Collaborative (FREC), as the chair of the Northern Colorado Regional Economic Development Initiative (NoCo REDI) and is also a board member of the Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce.
