Shelby Hayes began his Human Resources career in 2006, spending the following years working in the services, retail and manufacturing industries in roles ranging from entry-level to multi-state, multi-site leadership positions for 1500+ employees. With a passion for continuous improvement and desire to give back in new ways, he joined Solvista Health in late 2018. As Human Resources Director, Shelby is leading the drive to create a comprehensive and cross-functional people strategy to recruit, retain and develop a highly engaged workforce to directly support our Communities, Colorado at large and Solvista. Through a perpetual effort to support today’s needs while preparing for tomorrows, Shelby drives organizational agility to help prepare the workforce for the constantly evolving environment. Focused on increasing efficiencies through digital enablement, more time can be committed to developing human talent.
