Ron Francis is the CEO of IndieDwell Colorado, a non-profit organization dedicated to building affordable housing that delivers a big social impact. Ron’s work as a CEO extends beyond housing, as he is dedicated to improving lives in his community as a Fair Chance Employer and by being a participating member of the Colorado Inclusive Economy, an organization whose participants are dedicated to making Colorado’s economy the most inclusive in the nation. Ron also serves on the Board of the Pueblo Diversified Industries and organizes annual fundraising events that support local non-profit organizations.
