Meredith Marshall

 

Meridith Marshall serves as the Infrastructure Coordinator for the State of Colorado, where she coordinates the planning, development, and rollout of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) funding. Her unique ability to lead as both a practitioner and an industry-recognized expert has provided her with opportunities to drive significant impact quickly. Meridith has considerable experience managing large-scale federal funding efforts in multiple states; she set a record in the deployment of disaster relief aid following Hurricane Sandy for the State of New Jersey. She is an established leader and recipient of the 2017 International Economic Development Council’s 40 Under 40 award, a 2020 recipient of the Marshall Memorial Fellowship, and a 2022 recipient of the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award. Meridith has an MBA, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a Minor in Neuroscience from Drake University.
