Steve Johnson began working for CHFA in 1996 and was promoted to Director of Community Development Lending in 2010. In that role he leads CHFA’s multifamily lending, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) allocation, and small business lending teams. Steve serves as a board member of the Council of Development Finance Agencies. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Finance.
