TFP Nutrition Named 2026 ‘Workforce Colorado Partnership of the Year’ at EDIE Awards

TFP Nutrition Wins 2026 Workforce Colorado Partnership Award at EDIE Awards

Platteville employer recognized for working with regional partners to connect residents with jobs

CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo. — September 24, 2026 — The Economic Development Council of Colorado (EDCC) presented its 2026 Workforce Colorado Partnership Award to TFP Nutrition at the EDIE Awards during the Drive|Lead|Succeed Conference in Cripple Creek. This year’s awards hold special significance as EDCC celebrates its 50th anniversary, honoring major milestones and spotlighting the visionary programs that keep Colorado’s economy thriving and resilient for the future.

As TFP Nutrition launched operations in Platteville, it partnered with Upstate Colorado Economic Development and the Weld County Workforce Center to make local workforce resources part of its hiring strategy. That early collaboration connected the company’s growth plans with organizations that understand the region’s workers and employment needs.

TFP Nutrition has taken steps to reduce barriers for local job seekers and expand access to employment as it grows. Its work with economic and workforce development partners illustrates how employers can address immediate hiring needs while strengthening the region’s ability to retain talent.

The award recognizes partnerships that connect business growth with workforce opportunity and shows how public and private organizations can work together from the outset of a new operation.

“TFP Nutrition engaged its local partners early and treated workforce development as part of building the business,” said Tyler Purvis, EDCC’s 2026 Board Chair. “That approach creates opportunities for Weld County residents and offers a useful model for other employers.”
