Partner Spotlight: Rocky Mountain EOC – Advancing Equity in Colorado Workplaces

At the Economic Development Council of Colorado (EDCC), we believe that economic development is strongest when it’s inclusive, equitable, and accessible to all. That’s why we’re proud to support Rocky Mountain Equity in Opportunity Collaborative (RMEOC)—a nonprofit organization that’s leading the way in helping Colorado employers build more equitable workplaces and communities.

RMEOC works across sectors to address systemic inequities by providing training, consulting, and organizational support rooted in research, lived experience, and cultural responsiveness. From workshops on inclusive leadership to long-term DEI strategy development, their team empowers employers and economic development organizations to advance equity in sustainable and impactful ways.
