Janae is driven by the belief that our life work is deeper than just a paycheck. She works with her clients to discover not only a path that lights them up, but to ground into who they are and who they want to be in the world.

Janae also works with organizations and businesses in rural Colorado to improve their workforce resiliency. She supports them to think creatively about how they can attract and train skilled staff and how they can create environments where employees want to stay and grow.
