You are invite to to the 2nd Annual Rocky Mountain Makerspace Summit

- What: New and seasoned leaders attend to network, collaborate on programs, share best practices, enjoy mutual war stories and tour creative spots in Colorado Springs
Friday afternoon: A welcome all makerspace and civic leaders to the Rocky Mountain Makerspace Summit, as well as special guests, Bernie Lynch , Executive Director of Made Right Here and Dorothy Jones-Davis, Executive Director for the Nation of Makers to talk about how you can leverage makerspaces for entrepreneurship, workforce development, and economic impact. Friday night Artwalk and happy hour has been coordinated.
Saturday: Sessions will vocus on your top agenda items and to follow up on projects discussed last year.
Saturday night: A barbecue at the Manitou Arts/Maker center, an amazing community resource.
Sunday: A gathering at the Pikes Peak Makerspace for a hands-on electronics workshop followed by an afternoon final dive into projects for the coming year and next steps will wrap up the weekend.
Just like last year, many resources have been donated, allowing us to make the tickets just $30 each for makerspace members, including all supplies and most meals.
